I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with great service and a fantastic location near the train station and ski hill. The rooms were cozy, especially with the little balcony that offered stunning views. However, there were a few drawbacks such as thin walls and some maintenance issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially with breakfast on our departure day.
